Artha Business Suite v1.0.9 r4 · business-engine verified build
The operating system
for ambitious businesses.
Artha connects selling, stock, purchasing, finance, customers, teams and commerce into one adaptive business operating suite—designed for the work that happens between the counter and the command centre.
A visible product foundation
Depth you can inspect.
Scope you can understand.
The current Artha source and release record show a substantial, multi-surface operating platform—while keeping live-provider, hardware and statutory gates honest.
The Artha platform
One operating picture.
Built around real work.
Artha is designed as a connected product foundation: transaction and inventory activity can inform finance, customer service, reports and merchant operations without treating each module as a separate application.
POS & sales
Billing, returns, receipts, shifts, payments, barcode-oriented selling and transaction operations.
Inventory
Products, variants, suppliers, purchases, branch-aware stock foundations, movements, labels and reorder workflows.
Accounting
Ledgers, receivables, payables, cash-flow and reporting workflows with GST-preparation architecture.
Customers
CRM, loyalty, customer records, segmentation, reviews, referrals and lifecycle-oriented operations.
People & control
Roles, attendance, shifts, HR operations, task flows, notifications and audit-oriented records.
Insight & automation
Dashboards, reports, health signals, automation foundations and tenant-bound AI-assistance architecture.

Business-type experience engine
Not one generic screen for every business.
Artha’s configurable Business Type Engine shapes terminology, navigation, KPIs, quick actions, forms, workflows, reports, onboarding and commerce modes around the selected business experience.
- 31 live-tested business typesResolved through 29 data models and 10 reusable archetypes spanning retail, fashion, food-service, wholesale, service, appointment, serialized, batch and production operations.
- Shared operating foundationSecurity, staff, accounting, transaction and tenant controls remain shared while the experience adapts.
- Operational vertical enginesRestaurant, service, gym, pharmacy, electronics and production workflows now extend beyond labels into protected lifecycle operations.
Specialised business engines
Shared foundations.
Industry-specific control.
Artha keeps accounting, security, customers and stock connected while adding the records and safeguards each operating model needs.
Restaurant operations
Table service, configurable modifiers, protected kitchen tickets and controlled preparation status from counter to serve.
Service availability
Providers, rooms and equipment, weekly working hours, buffers, time off and overlap-safe booking.
Gym lifecycle
Plans, POS activation, customer membership periods, visit limits, freezes, attendance and return-aware cancellation.
Pharmacy dispensing
Medicine profiles, prescriptions, received batches, expiry-aware FEFO allocation and quarantined returns.
Electronics warranty
Serial and IMEI inventory, exact-unit sale, customer ownership, warranty claims, replacement and inspected returns.
Production batches
Recipes, ingredient consumption, actual yield, output cost, expiring lots, FEFO sales and non-saleable returns.
Multi-business & branch control
Clear ownership.
Precise location control.
One person can operate more than one business in Artha without blending their commercial records. Within a business, branches can share the catalogue while each physical location is governed through its own stock context.
Business type changes the experience for that business. It does not create a second business or merge data across businesses.
Separate businesses maintain separate products, customers, financial records, memberships and working context.
Terminology, flows and industry guidance adapt without turning an existing business into a different tenant.
Branches provide physical-location control with a main-branch rule, stock-transfer workflow and protected retirement checks.
Merchant commerce
From merchant operations
to a customer storefront.
The commerce architecture connects merchant configuration, catalogue visibility, customer cart, server-authoritative checkout, order tracking and fulfilment-oriented lifecycle controls.
Manage storefront identity, publishing, public product selection and order operations from the authenticated application.
Public catalogue, mobile-first storefront, cart, checkout and order tracking are separate from the merchant’s private operating surface.
Checkout is designed to re-read price and tax, apply idempotency and reserve the shared product or variant stock model.
Payment integration boundaries use server-side configuration. Live provider activation and reconciliation acceptance remain separate gates.
Trust by design
Architecture that a serious operator can inspect.
Business, branch and role context is represented in application and data-access controls. Full live multi-business acceptance remains a documented release gate.
Supabase Postgres, RLS, RPCs and Edge Functions form the protected data and integration boundary for commerce, payments, GST-provider and AI paths.
React Native/Expo Router powers the application surface; web export and Electron desktop delivery are retained alongside Android project source.
Source, checks, release manifests and known external gates are documented rather than hidden behind a blanket production claim.
Workflow evidence
Trace the work.
Not just the screens.
These captured product states use isolated synthetic demonstration data and show how selected workflows connect across sales, inventory, purchasing, returns and storefront operations.

Transaction activity reflected in the operating view.

Inventory proof in the working product view.

Receipt workflow increasing available stock.

Return workflow restoring product stock.

Order path reflecting stock deduction.

Operational print and receipt formats.
Verified unsigned build
Built for real business operations.
Tested against isolated staging.
The current Artha source closes the known vertical gaps, replays all 112 product and policy-parity migrations, protects all 140 public tables with RLS, passes tenant isolation and live-tests all 31 business types against their resolved data models. The production rollout and policy-parity repair passed on 15 October 2026 with 193 policies and zero named drift policies.
Source & product evidence
Structured source, architecture, security, automated contract and release material supports the continued evolution of Artha.
Web & desktop paths
Web export and desktop packaging paths are part of the release workflow. Platform-specific signing and clean-device acceptance are distinct gates.
Payments, GST & hardware
Provider credentials, live callbacks, official GST-provider acceptance and physical scan-back proof require external authority and evidence.
These downloads are the public unsigned evaluation package revision r4 of Artha v1.0.9. Revision r4 added exact business-type/data-model verification across all 31 configured types, the 111th consistency migration, a repaired macOS desktop startup path and fresh packages for every supported target. The separately verified 112th policy-parity migration is now included in the canonical source and applied to production. Provider credentials, publisher signatures and clean-device or physical-hardware acceptance remain separate external gates.

One verified source.
Six ready-to-test targets.
Revision r4 validates all 31 business types against 29 data models and 10 operating archetypes, repairs macOS desktop startup and rebuilds every target from a production-only export. Every artifact is checksummed and inspected before publication. Operating-system trust prompts remain expected because commercial publisher signing is deferred.
